Kimura Camp - Terms and conditions

1. Introduction

This document, together with our privacy policy, website terms of use, and all information about your chosen Camp package available on  kimura.camp  , forms the basis of your contract with SNX COMPANY, trading as Kimura Camp. Please read it carefully as it outlines the respective rights and obligations of both parties.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

• Complete the booking process online at  kimura.camp  .
• A deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is refundable only under specific circumstances (see Sections 4 and 7).
• Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing payment schedules.

2.2 Payment Terms

• Failure to pay balances by the due dates may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
• Once your booking is confirmed, a contract is formed between Kimura Camp and the customer.

2.3 Responsibilities

• All correspondence regarding the booking will be sent to the person who placed the booking. It is their responsibility to manage payments and share relevant information with other participants.

3. Changing Your Booking

3.1 Event Changes

• You may transfer your booking to another event, if available, up to 3 months before the original event’s start date. After this period, transfers are not permitted.
• Any cost difference for the new event must be settled at the time of transfer.

3.2 Name Changes

• Name changes are allowed free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cooling-Off Period

• For bookings made more than 30 days before the event, you have a 7-day cooling-off period to cancel with a full refund.

4.2 Refund Terms

• More than 6 months before the event: Deposit forfeited.
• 3–6 months before the event: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 months before the event: Non-refundable.
• For bookings made within 30 days of the event, full payment is required and is non-refundable.

5. Website Accuracy

We ensure all information on our website is accurate at the time of publication. However, changes may occur and will be communicated before booking confirmation. Prices include VAT, and any VAT changes may impact the final cost.

6. Changes or Cancellations by Us

In the rare event we need to make significant changes or cancel your booking, we will notify you promptly. Your options include:

1. Accepting the changes.
2. Choosing an alternative event (with a refund for price differences if applicable).
3. Receiving a full refund.

7. Covid-19 Guidelines

If you or anyone in your group tests positive for Covid-19 or exhibits symptoms within 14 days of the event, please inform us. Affected participants are requested not to attend.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Special Requests

Requests (e.g., dietary needs, room preferences) must be submitted in writing before final payment. While we will make every effort to accommodate, requests are not guaranteed.

10. Travel and Insurance

• Kimura Camp is not responsible for travel arrangements, delays, or cancellations by third parties.
• Adequate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability is mandatory.

11. Liability

Kimura Camp is responsible for ensuring the event meets agreed standards. However, we are not liable for:

• Injuries or losses resulting from participant negligence.
• Services not part of our contract (e.g., third-party activities).
• Equipment damage or wear and tear.

12. Complaints

If you experience issues during the event, inform us immediately to allow resolution. If unresolved, submit a written complaint within 14 days after the event.

13. Privacy and Data Storage

We treat your data securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared without consent.

14. Jurisdiction

Your contract is governed by French law and falls under the jurisdiction of Paris courts.

15. Consumer Protection

Kimura Camp complies with EU package travel regulations, ensuring your rights and payment protection.
